She founded Belong Here DC after discovering her true passion, decorating homes for hospitality! She has a hospitality bachelor degree from Brazil and is passionate about providing guests with the best experiences.

She worked for renowned 5 star hotels, including Four Seasons Hotels, Le Bristol Paris and Belmond, in 8 different countries. Carolina left the "hotel world" to work for a Real Estate Development company where she discovered her love for decorating/staging homes.
